Hello, long time no see.  Pardon my absence.  I've been a little busy these past few years.  I got back from Antarctica and married Lisa, we had a baby, I got a new job, we built a house, I started running, I got a different job, and 10000 things have occurred.  I've some catching up to do.  It's an interesting story.  Wait until I get started.
